llms.txt is not working

The file exists but nothing changed: it points at dead URLs, or it lists the navigation instead of the pages that answer questions.

How to fix it

Keep only live URLs, describe what each page answers in one sentence, and accept that llms.txt is a routing hint: it helps after access and rendering are already fixed, never instead of them.
